Testimonials

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the outstanding experience I recently had with Ultimate Pools deserves to be recognized. Over the past 20 years, I've trusted Ultimate Pools with various projects, and they've consistently delivered excellent results. I have a large, beautiful pool that has brought my family and me so much joy, and thanks to their expertise, we've been able to enhance and maintain it through thoughtful upgrades. Most recently, I worked with Nick on a project to reconfigure my pool deck and replace the fence and gate in the breezeway between the house and garage. From the very beginning, I felt heard. Nick took the time to understand my needs, and the collaboration was seamless. He recommended leveling the entire deck with travertine, and the result is simply stunning. Not only is the space more visually cohesive, but the absence of steps has made it far more accessible and functional. The blend of contemporary travertine with the organic stonework creates a beautiful balance between elegance and nature. Ultimate Pools exceeded my expectations once again. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their clients are why I'll continue to recommend them without hesitation.

Ultimate Pools have built 2 pools for me, both beautiful and affordable. Our current pool is massive, perfect for a large group of family & friends to get together in and enjoy hours of fun. They always keep us up to date with current software updates for the latest technology to maintain our pool. Extremely happy with their service and completed product. We always get rave reviews from everyone who sees our pool.

We had such a great experience with Ultimate Pools. From the start, they made everything super easy to understand and kept us in the loop the whole time. The crew worked hard without cutting corners. They really paid attention to the details, and you can tell they care about what they do. Our pool turned out even better than we hoped, and the whole process felt way less stressful than we thought it would be. Definitely glad we went with them. Nick will take great care of you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ultimate Pools to build our dream pool, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional support, understanding, and knowledge. The customer support was outstanding. They were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had, making us feel valued and heard throughout the process. Their expertise in pool construction was evident from the get-go. The project was completed within the promised timeframe. Communication was seamless. The teamwork displayed by Bryan, Nick and Renee was impressive. The quality of workmanship was top-notch. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in the final product. We felt we received excellent value for our investment. Overall, Ultimate Pools exceeded our expectations in every way.

Ultimate Pools exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their knowledge, industry relationships, and attention to detail were outstanding, but what truly sets them apart is their customer service. When talking to others about their pool-building experiences, I often hear jokes about never seeing or hearing from their builder once the job is complete. That couldn't be further from the truth with Ultimate Pools. They have become trusted friends and are valued members of the community, always responsive and willing to help long after construction is complete. That kind of relationship, reliability and commitment is priceless, especially with a major investment like a pool. If you're looking for a company that truly stands behind their work and puts customers first, look no further. I highly recommend Ultimate Pools.

After having a few bids already, Ultimate Pools bid came with the same bid amount but with upgrades, especially with travertine decking which we love. The build started in late September and completed at end of November. 3 months. Our backyard is our oasis thanks to Ultimate Pools!!!

Ultimate Pools has done a great job taking care of my family's pool needs. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects (construction, equipment, chemicals, etc.). Bryan and Nicholas are experts working and managing jobs. Their salesmen, Nicholas and Trent, are well versed in pool construction, easy to work with and very communicative young men. Their final result is excellent! Would recommend to a friend.

Ultimate Pools built our pool two years ago and we had a great experience. Bryan was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process. During the planning phase Bryan listened to what we wanted and never tried to oversell us things we didn't need or want. We had never owned a home with a pool so the whole experience was very new to us. Bryan has been in the business a very long time and works with great contractors that do quality work. We are very happy with our pool and would recommend Ultimate Pools!

My wife and I worked with Bryan in the design of our pool from scratch — he was very patient with us when we put our ultimate dream pool together then decided what we could live without to get to our desired budget. He came to our house multiple times to measure it out and lay string in our backyard for us to better visualize everything. I am stubborn, critical and hard to please and getting a pool built while living in your home is no simple task but at the end of the process I am very happy with the experience and result. We have an amazing pool and within our desired budget. Great experience!!!

I have been in the pool business for a while on the retail and service side of the industry. I have known Bryan (Owner) and Nick (owner's son) for years and can attest they build a great pool. If you want a builder with strong knowledge, experience and a family business, Ultimate Pools is the way to go.

We had a great experience with Ultimate Pools and especially Bryan Stuart. He remodeled our older pool and gave it a fresh look. His team was easy to work with, finishing the job in a timely manner (we did have good weather). He is available to answer questions as they arise re pool and equipment maintenance.

Ultimate Pools resurfaced our pool and did a fantastic job. Bryan Stuart explained the options of materials and cost. He also made arrangements for us to view some of the projects that Ultimate Pools had recently completed. The crews were on time and worked with minimal impact to our yard and landscaping. The price was the best in the market and the end result is outstanding.

Talk about smooth process… I loved working with Nicholas and the team. My kiddos have spent literally everyday in our new paradise the whole summer, Thank you!

Working with Ultimate pools was a great experience. Staff and leadership are friendly and made the transaction easy and efficient.

Bryan designed and built a pool for me 10 years ago, I have never had to do anything to it other than regular upkeep. Very good product, and the recommendations that he provided when it was built have really paid off.

Ultimate pools built our pool 9 yrs ago and it has been a good experience. We have had no problems and always a quick response when we have had questions.

Thank you thank you thank you, I loved your work! Can't wait for my family to experience my Oasis!
