High Meadow Development develops acreage-style residential communities in the North Houston region that emphasize privacy, natural surroundings, and customizable homebuilding. The company specializes in large-lot neighborhoods, typically offering homesites of one acre or more, designed for homeowners seeking spacious living environments and a stronger connection to nature.
A defining feature of these communities is the “bring your own builder” model, which allows buyers to purchase land and construct fully custom homes with their preferred builder and on their own timeline. This approach provides greater flexibility and personalization compared to traditional master-planned communities that primarily offer pre-built or production homes.

ARTAVIA is a large-scale, master-planned residential community located in the north Houston area near Conroe. Developed by AIRIA Development Company, the project spans roughly 2,800 acres and is designed to integrate art, nature, and community living into a cohesive neighborhood experience.
The development is planned to include approximately 5,200–6,500 homes along with more than 120 acres of mixed-use commercial and retail space, creating a balanced environment where residents can live, work, and gather locally. Homes are built by multiple national and regional builders and offer a range of designs and price points.
At the center of the community is Dapple Park, a 13-acre amenity complex featuring a five-acre lake, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, café, event lawn, splash pad, playgrounds, and extensive trails designed to encourage outdoor recreation and social interaction. ARTAVIA also incorporates public art and nature-themed design elements throughout the neighborhood.
Residents are served by the Conroe Independent School District, and the master plan includes land reserved for a future on-site school. Augusta Pines is an upscale, golf-oriented master-planned community located in Spring, Texas, within Harris County. Built around the Augusta Pines Golf Club, the neighborhood offers a refined residential experience defined by lush fairways, mature tree canopies, and meticulously maintained grounds.
The community features a mix of custom and semi-custom homes with generous lot sizes and architectural standards that reflect the elevated lifestyle the neighborhood is known for. Many homes back directly to the golf course or wooded green belts, creating a sense of seclusion rarely found this close to Houston.
